What would you do when you have finally realised that you have a direct line of communication with God, with all the Saints and Ascended Masters (e.g. Jesus, Krishna, Buddha, Quan Yin, Kuthumi, Muhammad, Mother Mary and many others), with all of the angels and Archangels, your guides/support team and all of your deceased loved ones?

Would you then live a happier, peaceful and more secure lifestyle? Knowing that you have, at your side, all these highly-evolved and very powerful Light beings of Love and Wisdom surrounding you always, every moment of every day, ready to give you their advice and loving support to everything you ask.

You may doubt and ask yourself these questions instead: 'Why would they always be ready on standby to help me out?' 'Is it truly possible that I am really that important to God?' If you truly do not know the answer to the last question, then please read the following statements with a partial focus on your heart now. Your heart will recognise the truth of these statements:

You are loved beyond measure. You are the apple of God's eyes.

He/She has never ever left you. You are NEVER alone.

If you'd had moments in the past when you felt most isolated and alone, like the entire world had abandoned you, please believe me when I said that during those times of trial and suffering, God carried you in His arms; He kept you loved and safe.

Before you were born, a support team (mostly comprised of guardian angels and members of your soul family who have been with you for countless lifetimes) was formed to help you during your physical adventure here on Planet Earth. This support team is always, always by your side. Protecting you, guiding you, loving you, supporting you and caring for you in every way you allow them to be, within the limits that you had told them would be acceptable to you, prior to your incarnation here.

As we are called to become more spiritually awakened in these powerful days of positive changes, more and more of you are becoming increasingly aware of the existence of your support team - speaking and having discussions with them each day as if they were friends in the room with you, for indeed they are.

And for those of you who are completely new and open to the idea of communicating with your support team of angels, spirit guides, Ascended Masters or Father/Mother God, below I have written 3 simple steps that can help you do so, drawn from 20+ years of personal experience.

The more you practice communicating with God and your support team, the deeper and loving your relationship with them becomes. Are you getting more and more excited to start? Cause they sure are very excited to talk to you again like long-lost friends now being reunited. So let us now begin!

Step 1): Start by stating your wish/intention, either by saying it out loud or by simply thinking it clearly.

God, His team of angels and all members of your support team hear, know, feel and see all of our thoughts, words, feelings and actions at ALL times. So, to activate your direct line of communication with the Divine, you can simply say/think:

"Dear Godand my support team, from now on, I want to be able to hear you more clearly and communicate with you as easily as if I were chatting with you on the telephone. I thank you always for your continuous guidance, protection and love in my past, present and future. Thank you for helping me to permanently release all existing blocks I may have to making this happen."

And next you just have to believe and act as if what you have just asked for has already been given to you, i.e. the line of communication is now wide open, ready to be put into everyday practice!

Step 2): Remove all blocks, fears, worries and all obstacles that are currently standing in your way of having an open channel of communication with the Divine.

Make a list by writing down all fears you may have about having a direct line to God or your support team. And once you have admitted to yourself that these fears existed within you, ask for assistance in releasing them permanently. Face and address all of your fears one by one, send Light to these fears (by visualising in your mind these fears being transmuted into God's brilliant golden white Light), and then make the intention to release them for good.

When I first started talking to God and my support team, I had a lot of fears, worries and doubts. I was raised in a devout Catholic family; I went to Catholic schools all my life and we went to church every Sunday without fail. So, below are examples of my own fearful questions about communicating with God. It took me years to find my own answers to these fear-based questions, so hopefully it will take you much less time than I did.

a] How do I know that I am really talking to Jesus or to Father God? What if I am being deceived by 'evil spirits' and thus the voices/thoughts that appeared in my head that I had been talking to all this time turned out to be spirits with malicious intent, or perhaps, even the Devil himself? Can I really trust all the answers and guidance to all the questions I had been asking for?

==> Answers: Your gut feelings/intuition will always be the most powerful barometer of Truth. All guidance, advice, words, and messages that you receive from God and/ your support team, will alwaysbe aligned with LOVE and Light. Which means, you will NEVER receive messages/advice which are potentially harmful to yourself, harmful to other people or harmful to Planet Earth Herself and any of Her inhabitants.

You also ALWAYS have the freedom, the free will to follow or not follow the guidance given. Exercising my free will meant that God always let me decide what action to take, based upon the information/knowledge that She had provided to me. He never got angry or upset if I didn't follow His advice. And, She always gives complete freedom to exercise my own Divine powers of Creation and Manifestation to shape my life and experiences according to my own Will.

And with time and practice, I have also learnt to differentiate which particular Light Being is talking to me at any given moment. Just like people, our guardian Angels, Father/Mother God, Jesus and members of our support team have personalities/quirks that can help you identify who is talking to you each time. (If you were ever in doubt, just ask them). For example, in his millions of interactions with me, Jesus' character is always very approachable, loving, patient and cheerful - He is a very cheeky bloke who always teases me like a beloved older brother, best friend and best teacher.

God the Father's character on the other hand, is exactly as the role describes. He is like THE best Dad any one could ever ask for, or dream of. Often times when I was weary, exhausted or in pain, I would just visualise myself being enveloped in His strong arms and getting a much needed hug, and then I could feel His Strength, Wisdom and

Unconditional Love just filling me up and nourishing my soul.

Archangel Michael's role is mainly Protector and Guardian of all souls, and so, just like his role, he can be very direct and straight-forward (almost blunt but always loving) with his words. I always feel safe and infinitely protected in his presence and he can always be counted upon to help remove a lot of fears from my life or from the world's negativity that may be affecting me at any time.

In time, as you grow more spiritually ready, you will then be blessed with the awakening of one of your next latent abilities of being able to see the spiritual realm as clearly as you are currently seeing the physical realm/life on Earth.

All loving relationships take both time and effort by both parties to build. It takes time to deeply fall in love and understand the true measure and character of the other person. For those of you who have been in a long-term committed, loving relationship with someone - you know that the strength of your relationship came from the millions of interactions, loving words, loving gestures, loving cares and actions that you have both exchanged with one another. Such was my relationship with God.

I went from barely knowing God (whom I heard about so much only from Sunday Mass in church) to actually experiencing His unconditional love for me, in every moment of every day. I honestly do not know where I would be if She hasn't been there for me, as my rock, all these years. I would have probably given up on life long before my spiritual awakening officially began in 2012.

As a baby I was abandoned by my biological parents and later adopted by my parents. I found out about this in my second year of high school completely by accident. Guests in my grandparents' home were busy gossiping about how I looked completely different to my parents (by being darker-skinned). This revelation caused deep, emotional scars that I thought I would never be able to heal from. And not long after finding out the truth about my birth, I was then 'shipped' out overseas to study in a Singaporean high school, far away from the emotional support of my adoptive family, and existing friends. Though I knew (in my head) that my parents only had the best of intentions and wanted the best for me, in my heart I felt as if history was again repeating itself, in a way.

For many many years afterwards, deep inside me I kept feeling like unwanted trash who had been thrown out because I was unworthy to be loved; because there must be something wrong with me, so much so that my biological mother would willingly give up her own child. I also kept dissecting and over-analyzing my parents' intentions, every time something they said/did made me sad/unhappy; thinking thoughts such as 'If I were their biological daughter, I wouldn't be treated like this'. 'If I had real, biological parents with me, I knew I would be treated better, with so much love - more love than I ever received from my adoptive parents'. (PS: Mom & Dad, if you happen to be reading this, please know that I love you and thank you both so much, for all the love and care I received. I know that you both love me in your own ways, and have always done your best for me, so thank you. And I am sorry for all the troubles I'd caused you in the past).

I shared this very personal story with all of you reading this article, simply because I wished for you to understand how by being a strong empath - (an extremely sensitive person who is able to sense, understand and be easily influenced by the world's and other people's thoughts, moods, feelings/emotions) - further amplified the hellish depths of my emotional pain back then, and how my loving relationship with God, with the Angels and my support team was THE only thing powerful enough to heal me from all that pain.

b] What happens if people/my family and friends found out I had been talking to 'voices' in my head? Will they think I have gone utterly insane? Will I lose all my friends? What if outsiders found out? What will they think of me? If one day people were to treat me with disdain, distrust or ridicule because of my conversations with the Divine, how will I be able to handle the aftermath?

==> Answers: When we are hiding from our fears, we all tend to over-dramatize a lot in our minds and if we are not dealing with these fears in a timely manner, they will just keep getting bigger and bigger and become like the monster hiding in the closet. Once I had 'outed' myself in recent years, to the world and to my family and friends, I've found that those who love me have kept loving me anyways. Whether they believed me or not when I shared with everyone that I have been in constant, direct communication with God was not important. Yes, I had grown apart/lost contact with some friends, maybe because they thought I was too weird and had changed too much. But all is good; all is okay. I have since then made new friends who share the same beliefs and values in life, and most of all, who love God and All That Is just as much as I do. I have learnt that what people think of me is not important. What's important for me is to stick with what I know and have personally experienced to be Truth, and to share and spread the unending love God has given me with the world around me, in whatever way I can.

c] What makes me think that I am worthy to be talking to God directly? From the bible I got the impression that God the Father only ever talked to all the 'holy people' 'prophets' and 'saints', or to Lord Jesus directly. Why would God want to talk to a super-ordinary, non-special, even unworthy person like me who had made a lot of mistakes in life and was guilty of having done so many of those so-called 'sins' as my religion had told me?

==> Answers: These questions can only be answered through your own personal experiences with our loving God. The short answer is: God showed me the evidence of His love too many times to count. And made me feel loved beyond measure, with His many words and continuous caring, loving support. She gave me the kind of love that I had been longing for from my parents: a love totally free of judgments and conditions.

And ultimately, what He dearly wishes is for us to love ourselves in exactly the same way He does, and for us to remember this biggest, previously forgotten, spiritual truth: we are ONE with God, and with All That Is (literally, figuratively and energetically) - we were all made in His image and likeness. We have all chosen to temporarily forget our true Highest Selves and come to Earth in our physical vessels, to exercise Her gift of free will and demonstrate our own abilities as Creator of our lives and of New Earth.

Earth is our playground; our illusionary Matrix - our playing field, created exactly for this purpose. (Read David Wilcock's - a renowned scientist and author - books such as 'The Source Field Investigations' for scientific evidence of these facts). The divinely-inspired movies, The Matrix trilogy (with Keanu Reeves playing the part of Neo) had done well in their attempts to disclose this spiritual truth out into the world. Another world-famous, leading expert in many things spiritual: Dr. Wayne W Dyer, he wrote a book called 'Wishes Fulfilled' that irrevocably changed my life for the better. Borrow from the public library/buy his 'Wishes Fulfilled' dvd to get very inspiring guidance on how to discover our latent, powerful, Creator abilities and use them to create & manifest our wishes/dreams into our physical reality.

Thus our Creator God would never punish/condemn us for our so called mistakes or 'sins', as they were all valuable experiences that will ultimately get us closer to the awakening of our Highest Selves - for a full and complete embodiment in our physical bodies (a process widely known as Ascension).

d] How would I be able to have some privacy for the kind of unloving, maybe angry, hateful thoughts I may have later about myself, about God or about others, if God is always present monitoring my thoughts?

==> Answers: We all have our good days and bad days. God knows and understands that all too well, that physical life on Earth can be challenging even for the greatest saints and sages of our time. Planet Earth has always been the most demanding and taxing 'school' in the Universe that can rapidly advance our spiritual evolution by leaps and bounds. Those who have chosen to come here have always been the bravest, fearless and the most adventurous of souls.

There had been days in the past when I totally blamed and hated God for sending me (a strong empath and highly-sensitive soul) here, to a low-vibrational planet (back then - before recent changes) that was often so terribly filled with chaos, suffering, violence, unending thirst for power, greed, hatred and darkness.

All my life I have always known that Earth is not my 'real' home. I had struggled to find a sense of belonging here and always felt different from other people around me. It was as if I was part of an alien race of Light Beings who was dropped off here to be a part of the Ground Crew (whose higher mission is to assist in bringing about New Earth), and then later forgotten. Thus there were many, many days when I felt so sad with God who kept ignoring my repeated, heartfelt pleas to leave this planet/life and go back Home to His side by saying I still have important work to do here. I will leave it up to your imagination as to what exactly was my response to that.

On some other bad days I could be so angry and upset over what I thought She had done to me, so much so that I used a lot of vulgar swear words that I would never be able to say to people in the real world. I realised now that I must have said all those words not only to try to hurt His feelings (as much as I felt I had been hurt), but also to test just exactly how deep is Her love for me.

And guess what? Through it all, God's patience, forgiveness and love for me was never ending; He has never left my side and our relationship and my understanding of Her just deepens all the more through the thick and thin, and through everything I have experienced in life.

So, as you can see above, some of my fears were so deeply entrenched within me, all coming mostly from childhood experiences and upbringing. It literally took me years and years before I was able to trust God's voices in my head fully and unreservedly. And through all those years, God and all members of my support team, had continuously demonstrated to me more than a million times: that their love for me is completely unconditional; that I am so very precious to them; that their loving support is so powerful, and that no request/question of mine was ever too small or too big for them to arrange/answer.

Even now I ask for their help constantly, for small matters like: making sure my train arrived on time for an important meeting, or for bigger things like: making sure I am always financially provided for. Walking through life with God and support team by my side, I have found that small and big miracles happened often in my life. For example, one day when I was feeling really down, I went to a suburban park to meditate. Halfway through meditation, a bunch of Australian magpie birds (maybe 10 of them) was amazingly gathered close by, facing me, and started singing the most beautiful symphony for about 10 minutes continuously. If you have ever heard one singing magpie before, you'll know exactly how amazing and powerful its voice is. And then imagine 10 of them singing together! It truly brought back memories of our Home in Heaven, where there is an abundance of breath-taking symphonies such as this.

Another example of a miracle was when one day I was experiencing financial difficulties. Payday was about 4 days away and I had run out of money to buy food. And as usual, being a super independent soul, I refused to ask for help from other family members and decided to trust in God and believed that everything would be all right. To this day, I am still amazed as to what happened next. I went to the city for an appointment, and found a $20 note just miraculously lying on the ground in front of me, in a crowded, public space. There was no one around whom I could return the money to, and no one noticing the money just lying there. I asked God if it was okay for me to use it to buy food, and I'm sure you can guess His answer: the money was left there for me. It was exactly the right amount to tide me over until payday. It was truly synchronicity in action, with everything happening according to Her perfect, Divine timing.

Step 3): Trust your answers and God completely.

After Step 2 is now completed, you are ready to start your loving relationship with God and your support team. So let us begin now by asking them a simple question about anything you wish to know today. It can be as simple as: "God, since I am feeling down today, please tell me what small steps I can take right now that will bring more joy and lift up my spirits today". The first thought/inspiration that came to your mind will be His answer to your question. A vision of your favourite park/beach may come to mind - inviting you to spend the day outdoors in nature; or your favourite song suddenly came on playing on the radio - thus inspiring you to listen to more music to uplift your spirits; or, a friend may suddenly call you out of the blue - inviting you to spend some time with positive, uplifting people.

God talks to all of us all of the time. It is up to us to notice and pay attention to what She is saying. He answers our questions and works in so many wondrous ways for the Highest Good of everyone involved. So always be open and receptive to Her voice, works and ways that may involve everything and everyone in your life. God is also big on things happening according to His perfect, Divine Timing. So if you haven't been getting what you've been asking for, it's notbecause He doesn't love you.

It's either: a matter of Divine timing; or perhaps what you had been asking for would interfere with another person's free will; or more blocks/fears need to be released to get what you want; or you may get something else altogether that will be better suited for you or for your Higher Path. God will never answer your questions with, nor give you, anything that will disempower you from your own Creative abilities and your own expression of Divine Will.

And as you begin to trust in Her voice/answers/deeds all the more, your communication with Him will improve to the highest degree, to a state where there is zero time gap/lapse between your questions and you receiving the answers. Soon, after much practice you will be able to talk to Him constantly, in your head, sharing wonderful, loving, supremely wise or funny conversations about anything and everything.

Our Creator is an all-powerful, all-loving God. He is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent. She is the Source, the Supreme/Prime Creator. He is the God of all sciences, of all sentient beings and races, of all religions and faiths. God and our beloved support team of spirit guides, angels and Ascended Masters are completely non-denominational, and able to help souls from all different backgrounds. Having direct access to His loving words and Her infinite wisdom will bring great blessings and miracles not only to your life, but to all the lives you touch everyday.

I hope my sharing of life experiences here will help you to have your own life-changing, miraculous, enriching and deeper relationship with God that you all deserve to have. I am sending you all who are reading this much love, joy, light and peace. Namaste.

Between the years of 2006 - 2012, I had personally gone through a prolonged period that many Christians would call the 'dark night of the soul'. The Dark Night of the Soul is a poem written by 16th century Spanish poet and Catholic mystic Saint John of the Cross that describes a spiritual crisis in a journey towards union with God. The crisis can be described as a feeling of complete & utter detachment to life and to all things that used to matter to someone. It is usually triggered by an external event that has the potential to change your life completely, e.g. the loss of a beloved family member/romantic partner; the loss of a job; the loss of life direction; going through bankruptcy, etc.

In those 6 years there had been times in which I seriously considered giving up on life altogether, by researching on the best & surest methods of suicide. Life was too hard, and there seemed to be no one by my side helping me out. Life back then was meaningless and utterly devoid of joy or love. And I felt like the whole Universe, my family, friends and even God had completely forgotten and abandoned me.

I had realised since then that nothing could be further from the truth. My journey back to the light was long and difficult; often very lonely, painful and filled with regrets, anger, sadness and self-worthlessness/hatred. I came to the true realisation that the dark night of the soul is a rite of passage that each lightworker has to sail through prior to discovering his/her true calling in life. (A lightworker is a term used to describe someone who has a sincere desire to be of loving service to the world by staying in constant connection with God/the Divine/the All That Is.)

That phase of my life stripped me of all attachments to money and to everything else that the world approves of as outer appearances of success. And the more I subconsciously distanced or removed myself from everything and everyone in my life during this time period, the closer I got to my True Self and God. God was and is my rock and constant support. I learned from and personally experienced the Unconditional Love that is God and for that I am forever grateful. The whole experience has made me stronger mentally, emotionally & spiritually, and yet lighter at the same time as a lifetime's worth of negativity and emotional baggage is now long gone.

By the law of attraction, if you are reading this article, you are also a lightworker. You have inwardly heard the Divine wake up call that is now reverberating throughout this Universe to All who is willing to listen. It is calling each of us to wake up from the illusion, or the matrix of life on planet Earth, and return back to your true Higher Self and the Divine. For we are all spiritual beings having a human/physical experience and we have been living in the chaotic, fear-based matrix of 'duality' and 'separation' for eons - for far too long. It is now time to return to Love. For love is the basis of who and what we are, and the reason why we are here.

In death, we always return from 'duality' and 'separation' back to oneness with God and All That Is. This return to Unity and Oneness that usually occurs in death, is happening now to All who choose to participate, when we are still in our physical, human bodies. We are being called to joyfully and powerfully participate in making the Golden Age of Earth a reality.

The Golden Age/Satya Yuga started off in December 2012 as had been long prophesied by many ancient civilisations. Ever since then, powerful waves of great influxes of Divine Light Codes have entered our Planet, changing and affecting every living being on this Planet down to our very cells, DNAs and all levels of our being. Waking us and empowering us to take back our spiritual and divine right as powerful Creators of Divine Light. This process of returning to complete union with our true Higher Selves is often called 'Ascension'. Ascension is happening to ALL on a planetary level now.

My brothers and sisters, we are living in exciting times of great, powerful, positive changes for the Planet Earth herself and all of its inhabitants! The more prepared we are, the better we can handle anything that comes our way, especially within the next few years. We will be facing many unexpected, and often chaotic changes that will force us All to choose to either react with Love and joyful anticipation of the New Golden Earth, OR with fear of the unknowns.

The birth of 5th Dimensional, Golden Era on Earth (where Love, Joy, Peace and Abundance for All are supreme) can only come after Earth and all of its inhabitants go through intense labour pains where everyone and everything will undergo purification, healing and the releasing of all fear and old-age issues of powerlessness, poverty and insecurities. To welcome the new, we need to first release everything that is low-vibrational. This includes the releasing of: all illusions of lack, limitation and separation. And all feelings of guilt, anger, aggression, hatred, racism, negativities and fears - anything that is the complete polar opposite to Love and Light.

Humanity, as a Collective, needs to fully come to the realisation that to harm or let harm come to another living being (be that animals, plants, other people or Lady Gaia/the Planet Earth Herself) is actually harming oneself. There will come a time when everyone's major chakras system (energy centres) of our physical bodies will be upgraded from 7 chakras to 13 chakras - the next level up in spiritual evolution/Ascension. This will happen at different times/paces as decided by you, only when you are ready to evolve and experience the Unity Consciousness with All That Is.

With the addition of 6 extra, major chakras, you will experience a very very acute and deep inter-connection with ALL. You will feel immense and profound Love for other people, for all animals and trees & plants and Lady Gaia/Earth Herself, and you will begin to automatically treat ALL with the Love, respect and care that each living being deserves to have. And with the love that you give them, trust me when I say, you will receive that love back to you wonderfully multiplied. All living beings will become your dearest, very dearest, best friends. The trees, the animals and Lady Gaia are so full of wisdom, love, joy, and humour that I sometimes laugh out loud when mentally conversing with them - not caring one bit that people might think I was crazy!

And to give you a personal example, at the moment my connection with all animals are so acute, that even though I have a slight phobia of spiders, nowadays when I find one at home, instead of killing it immediately like I used to do, I now take it outdoors and let it live. This is because when I killed one previously (this was before I realised just how intense my connection with ALL is), I felt like I just killed another part of myself and acutely felt the spider's fear/pain at the moment of its death (as if they were my own fear/pain).

Now, imagine Earth as a planet of Love, where the killing of any living being is no longer tolerated because the consequences of such an Act will reverberate and be felt by All on the planet. When this happens, the True Peace on Earth that most of us have been praying for will no longer be a distant, futuristic concept, but an actual physical reality. And this is the future Golden Earth that we will all be in soon, in this particular lifetime for the majority of humanity who are already here. The promised Kingdom of Heaven on Earth has arrived at last, and each of us must stand up and claim it for yourself by cleansing, healing and aligning yourself completely with Earth's New High Vibrations of Love, Joy and Peace.

So when you are ready to permanently activate all 13 of your fifth dimensional chakras, and by so doing, enjoy the wonders, love, peace & beauty of inter-connectedness with ALL, then please take the time to read and do the meditation detailed in this article "The Archangel Chakra Jewels" found on this website: . I used this powerful meditation awhile ago to awaken my own connection with All That Is.

What are some of the major symptoms of Ascension and signs of spiritual awakening that ALL is experiencing now? Below are just a few examples of Ascension symptoms - there are many more unmentioned here:

1) You somehow just instinctively 'knew' that something 'BIG' is happening right now, even if you don't know what that is. This feeling is refusing to go away.

2) You suddenly get flu-like symptoms that appear & disappear without escalating.

3) You get frequent headaches that just seem to come and go, or feeling like there's a bit of pressure on your head.

4) You are drawn to change your dietary habits eg. more consumption of high vibrational foods & drinks such as fresh raw fruits/vegetables and freshly made juices, or a strong urge to be a vegetarian. You may be drinking more water than normal as your body receives higher, intensified light. You may also be drawn to move your body more than usual and make exercise a regular activity in your life.

5) There is a heightened sensitivity to sound, smell, vibrations and energies. A sudden door slam your next door neighbours did might have made you feel as though they just punched you in the gut (i.e. you physically felt the vibrations of the sound).

6) You're experiencing changes in sleep patterns; experiencing waves of extreme fatigue, or periods of restlessness and insomnia. You start to take afternoon/daytime naps - something which you may perhaps have never done before.

7) There may be a lot of time when you are feeling over-emotional, over-sensitive and sometimes accompanied by feelings of anger, intense frustration/rage; or being short-tempered or easily agitated for no apparent reason.

8) You are starting to grow restless in your life and then making big changes to careers, interests, hobbies, friends, relationships or relocating from a location where you have lived all your life. A lot of people around you have been commenting how much you have changed within recent years.

9) You feel very strongly drawn to spend more time in Nature as it is the one place where we can feel more at peace within ourselves.

10) You have this really deep longing to go "HOME" even though you may not know exactly where that is. You may be having visions (during meditation) or dreams (during sleep) of going to places or planets where you don't remember having physically been there before in this lifetime, but why do they feel so very familiar and dear to you?

11) You may be feeling invisible, detached or alienated from others and the world around you. Or you may be removing yourself from the company of others as you subconsciously knew that you needed the time alone to deal with unresolved negativities/issues from your past.

12) You may be feeling like you are here for something 'bigger' than what you are doing now. You have begun to search for a deeper meaning and the Divine Purpose of your life - remembering the mission you came here to do.

13) There is this intense feeling as if you are running out of time, or time behaving so strangely in your life: sometimes speeding up in leaps & bounds and then slowing down dramatically not long after.

14) You may be suddenly gifted with increasing psychic abilities, stronger intuition and telepathic connection with animals and trees/plants. You intuitively knew what your beloved pet may be feeling or saying to you at any given time.

15) There may be many instances during the day when you are feeling lost/spacey, more forgetful than usual, ungrounded or you may have sudden difficulties in concentrating or comprehending information (i.e. brain fog, confusion).

If you are feeling some or all of the above symptoms, be not afraid, and hang in there, cause as your body adjusts to the higher influx of Light, many of the above symptoms will either be gone or they will become so second nature to you that no hardship is felt. Do not be afraid of facing and releasing all past pains/hurts or all emotionally charged memories of the past from all lifetimes. Your journey back to Light/to your Higher Self may not be as prolonged, tough or as dramatic as mine was, if you stop resisting and open yourself to fully participate in the process right from the get go.

The key to making your awakening easier to cope with, is by staying heart-centered and aligning your entire vibrations to LOVE, which means: only think thoughts of love about yourself and others, only say words of love about yourself and others, only take actions which are based in love for yourself and others, and radiate loving compassion to every situation you encounter. And when you do this, you will be attracting into your life everything that you desire, for the joyful fulfillment of your Higher Path/Life Purpose.

And always2x remember that you are NEVER alone. There are so many loving, powerful light beings in this Universe who stand ready to assist all of us with our personal Ascension process and challenges, including: the Divine Father/Mother or God/Goddess, all the Angels and Archangels (Michael, Raphael and Metatron are the primary Archangels in charge of Healing and Ascension in this Universe), the Ascended Masters (especially Sananda or more commonly known as Jesus, St Germain, Kuthumi and Mother Mary), and all the fifth dimensional, loving races of beings such as the Arcturians and the Pleiadians who have been helping humanity and Gaia for a long time in preparation for the Golden Age.

Help is only a thought, a prayer, or a meditation away and will always be answered to almost immediately. Look for answers in everything: a book that just seems to get your attention, a website you somehow stumbled onto, an article, a song playing on the radio, a blog, something a stranger said or did, etc. You will know that that is the answer to your question/prayer if you feel a sense of rightness/lightness when receiving the information.

And you can take a small step right now to start your Ascension journey by simply making a Decree. Decrees are the most powerful form of statement that you can declare to the Universe. In making a decree, you are making a command and a full commitment. So, be really sure that it is what you intend before you say it out loud. It is important to stand straight and read your Decree out loud, with the full intention of meaning every word you say.

Once the Decree is complete, stand still for a few minutes and feel the powerful energies of change that permeates your entire being. The universe will hear this intention and commitment that you just made, and will promptly respond by creating circumstances and events, providing the tools, resources, connections you need so that your wish is fulfilled.

Say this Decree out loud, twice a day: in the morning before you start your day, and at night before sleep.

"Dear Creator God/Goddess, Angels and Archangels, My Highest Self, the Ascended Masters, the Guides of Healing and Ascension, and the powers of Universal Divine Love, Joy, Peace, Freedom, Abundance and Soul Purpose :

I am now ready to fulfill my life mission and ask you to remove everyone or every obstacle that is no longer for my Highest good.

I am now receiving and absorbing all the higher energies I require for my Ascension and my own expression of Divine Will.

I am now becoming fully ONE with my Highest Self, retaining and expressing only the thoughts, words, feelings and actions that are completely aligned with Divine Love.

The ripple effects of this powerful Decree will start to be manifested in your physical reality in as little as a week. Do it constantly for at least 30 days, and by the end of 30 days, you will definitely have moved forward by leaps and bounds, and your life will have positively changed in the direction of your Higher Path filled with so much Love, Peace, Joy, Freedom and complete Abundance.

You have finally made the decision and commitment to do whatever it takes to heal your life and turn it around completely. Now that you have found an energy healer who can assist you in this all-important journey, you are then faced with a variety of different healing modalities to choose from. You've read all available information about each modality to check their suitability in treating your condition. You've understood everything but still you can't help feeling so unsure about which one(s) can help you the most. Then what should you do next? How do you decide which healing treatment to have and how often to have it? This article is meant to answer these legitimate questions and assist you in making the right choices for yourself.

First of all you need to realise that whichever healing modality you end up choosing (Reiki, Pellowah, or the Archangel Raphael's Healing method), you will reap an enormous

amount of benefits that will change some aspects of your life for the better. So there is no right or wrong answer here. As you read up on the information for each energy healing modality, our advice is to select the one that most resonates intuitively with you and leave the rest. Listen to how you feel about each particular modality. Make a decision on a particular modality, and then, observe how you feel immediately after making it.

Our feelings are God-given tools of intuition that will always guide us in making the right decision for all life circumstances. Most people assume that they will get that feeling of 'rightness' before making any decision in life. The reverse actually applies. Whenever you are placed in a situation where you are lost and unsure about which decision to take, you should go ahead & pick the option that is most agreeable to you and then observe how you feel afterwards. You know you've made the right decision if you are feeling positive about that decision (e.g. happy, enthusiastic, excited, etc.). If you are feeling negative after making that decision (e.g. worried, apprehensive, fearful), or if there is a part of your body that feels uncomfortable in any way (e.g. gut twinges, heart twisted in knots) then it is best that you change your decision immediately. When we are not listening to our instincts, we may one day be faced with unpleasant consequences that may cause us to look back on that decision-making moment and regret.

Reiki, Pellowah and the ARH method use very high, light vibrations sent directly from the Divine Source/God. The main difference between the three healing energies is the range of light frequencies that they emit and their capacities to treat a condition effectively.

People who are sensitive to energies, will usually say that Reiki's energy is the most robust and grounding out of the three. Reiki is ideal to treat a wide variety of physical and emotional ailments. Pellowah's energy on the other hand is much lighter than Reiki and is usually more suited to treat a wide range of mental and emotional ailments. The energy generated during an ARH treatment however, will feel the lightest. It is the purest form of energy that is being sent straight from the Angelic realm. ARH works best for those who wish to be healed from complex diseases of unknown origins, as well as mental and spiritual ailments. So, does this mean ARH is always the best for you? No, that is not always the case for everyone.

As you can see from the above diagram, each modality has its own healing frequencies and each specialises in different aspects of your being. For example, if patient A recently took a fall in the shower and as a result hurt his lower back, a Pellowah treatment may not be as suitable as Reiki in helping patient A recover from his back injury. Patient B however, had suffered from chronic lower back pain for more than 5 years and been desperately searching for a cure. He'd had enough of having band-aid style treatments that can only offer temporary relief. In this instance, the underlying cause of patient B's back condition probably stemmed from negative mental, emotional or spiritual belief systems that need to be eliminated before complete healing can take place. Thus, Pellowah or ARH are the healing modalities more suited to treat patient B's condition.

Prior to attending your healing appointments, please discuss your concerns and your healing goals with the healer (especially if you are not enrolling in any particular healing program that starts off with an angelic reading - see 'Services/FAQ' for more information).

Your healer will then follow her own intuitive guidance so as to give you advice on the most suitable modality for you. We respect your privacy and will keep all personal information confidential.

Raphael is widely known as The Healing Archangel. One of his primary responsibilities at the moment is to assist, guide and bring healing to planet Earth during these crucial times of Ascension. He is multi-dimensional Angelic Being, non-denominational, which means that he is able to assist everyone who calls on him simultaneously, regardless of their beliefs or backgrounds. Raphael would like me to pass on the true life stories of 2 men for you. There was once two reasonably young men in their early forties who are suffering from an identical dis-ease that most doctors would diagnose as cancer. After the shock of the news wore off, one day Mr A decided to do everything in his powers to get a cure. He would do an endless research to find the best doctor who can operate on him and give him a semblance of hope. He would read countless medical reports/journals to see if there has been a recent development in the area where he needs help. For every day ever since he received his prognosis, Mr A lived in fear, pain and regrets.

Fear that time was running out on him and he might not be able to find the cure he desperately wanted in time. His pain symptoms had already started to show and that added to the stress of his every day life. He had a lot of regrets in his life and this caused him to start the process of bargaining with God in his daily prayers. 'Dear God, please cure me from this disease. I promise that I will devote more love & time for my family, or make time to volunteer more often if only you would give me more time.' Day in and day out, this was the kind of prayers that he would send, in his desperation to be completely healed.

Mr B on the other hand handled the shock differently. He took time off of work to go on a 2 day hiking/camping trip by himself to a place where he would not be disturbed. During the trip, he did a lot of deep introspection within. He examined everything that had happened in his life to find the underlying cause of the disease. And by doing so, he came to the realisation that all his life, he had been living someone else's life. Coming from a wealthy and prominent family, his parents placed a lot of expectations on him. One of those expectations was to be a competent business man and help his parents run the family business.

Mr B was actually a very talented musician. He had the most wonderful voice and a talent to string words & music together and create beautiful songs. After coming to the realisation that he had been living the kind of life his parents wanted for him, and not what he himself had wanted for him, Mr B got to have his 'aha' moment. His dis-ease was actually the loudest wake up call of his life. He had so far been sleep walking through life and was being called to change his ways. Mr B was a man who had experienced a lot of ups and downs in life. And thus he immediately knew that on some level deep within, subconsciously, he must have wanted for this to happen, to give himself the push to go forward onto a new, more fulfilling path. And just like he subconsciously created the illness within himself (by ignoring his innate gifts/talents and created internal stress from going against his Higher Life Purpose), he realised that he had the ability to turn the situation around and heal his life completely.

From that moment on, Mr B became committed to improving the quality of his life in all aspects. He made sure to have enough sleep and gentle exercise every day, and to spend more time doing the things he loved to do (like music-writing & spending time with his children). His thoughts, words and actions became reflections of what he wanted to have (i.e.perfect health). He dismissed his prognosis completely and only talked of health with his family and friends. He visualised himself having a healthy body several times a day (especially in the morning when he just woke up & at night before he went to sleep). As much as possible, he ate lots of organic fresh produce and other vibrant foods. He said out loud positive affirmations such as these: " I am perfectly healthy in body, mind and spirit", " I have abundant energy, vitality and well-being" often, more than 5 times a day. He went to spend more time outside in nature for at least 30 minutes each day. He trusted his intuition and followed his inner guidance by doing whatever his body wanted him to do to return to the place of wholeness & well-being.

Now, after reading Mr A & B's stories, which one of these two achieved their goals of being completely cured from cancer? Mr B was healed within 2 short months. He quit his job as Company Director in the family business and handed the reins over to his brother. He opened his own company that was focused on helping talented musicians realise their dreams and then experienced a growing popularity as a popular singer/song-writer, all within 2 years of quitting his old job. Mr A however, had little to no improvement in his quest for perfect health and was ready to give up fighting and surrender completely to his seemingly incurable illness.

Do you think that God loved Mr A less and Mr B more and that was why he only helped Mr B to get the perfect health he desired? The answer is: absolutely not.

God loves us all equally and gives us everything we ask for every single time. The only thing that is stopping us from receiving what we had asked for is: us. It is all about being in the same vibrational frequency of the things we asked for. This spiritual law is really the basis of ALL creation. Some people know it as the Law of Attraction.

For example, if you wanted to listen to your favourite radio celebrities such as Hamish & Andy at 101.9 Fox FM, what do you need to do to accomplish this small goal? The answers are so simple that I am sure you all know them. The steps needed to be taken to achieve this little goal are identical to the steps needed to pursue any other goals that you wish to accomplish in life:

1) First, be absolutely crystal clear about what you want. Do you really want to listen to Hamish & Andy at Fox FM? --> i.e. Do you really want to get complete healing & return to perfect health?

2) If yes is Your answer to question 1, then you need to turn the radio ON in the car/house. In exactly the same way, to get the healing you so desired, you first need to demonstrate to the Universe your commitment to be healthy again by 'turning your healing button ON'.

One sure way of making this commitment, to demonstrate your seriousness in getting whatever it is that you so desired, is by issuing a Decree out in to the Universe.

Decrees are the most powerful form of statement to the universe. In making a decree you are making a command and commitment. So be really certain that it is what you intend before you make one. It is important to stand straight with your shoulders back and say your decree out loud. You say your decree three times, followed by ‘So be it. It is done.’ After sending out your decree, I promise you that the universe will hear you and promptly respond. The universe will orchestrate events and attract people into your life that can help you realise your dreams.

3) Then, you simply turn/press your radio receiver, to match its frequency and tune it to FM 101.9 channel in order to get Hamish & Andy to entertain you. In exactly the same way, if complete healing is your goal, then your entire being needs to be emitting matching vibrations of perfect health to get perfect health.

This process works exactly the same way for any aspects of your life that needs healing (eg. finances, love life). You can not stay in the vibrations of fear (e.g. fear of not being able to be cured, or worrying about not having enough money to pay your bills) if your goal is the complete opposite.

Thus, in order to get perfect health/healthier finances, you need to match/tune into the vibrations of perfect health/abundance, by releasing all existing blocks/belief systems that prevent you from getting there.

4) What then do you need to do, if no matter how hard you tried, your radio could not seem to tune into 101.9 Fox FM that you so desperately desired to listen to? Well, in that instance you need to get a radio expert's help to fix your radio and get it back in working order again. In much the same way, if your belief systems are so deeply entrenched within you and thus blocking you from receiving anything that you deserve to have, then you need to get a healer's assistance in having these blocks, these stubborn energies removed completely.

So what is the moral of the stories above that Raphael wanted to pass on to all of you who are seeking to be healed today?

In order to get that which you so dearly desire, first be sure that you really want it and that you are willing to fully & actively participate in the process of making it happen. You need to have the unshakeable belief that you deserve to have that which you have been asking for. Demonstrate your commitment to complete healing by saying the following decree out loud:

"TODAY, I DECLARE THAT GOD IS MY HEALER. NO MATTER WHAT MY MIND AND BODY ARE TELLING ME, I TRUST GOD TO HEAL AND BLESS ME WITH VIBRANT HEALTH AND OVERFLOWING JOY. I NOW CALL FORTH MY RESPONSIBILITIES AND BLESSINGS AS THE CREATOR OF MY LIFE." (Repeat 3 x).

Reiki is an ancient healing modality that helps to bring a living being to a more balanced state through a non-invasive technique of deep relaxation. Science shows us that everything is made up of energy. It is the building block of all matter. The energy that composes your body is the same one that exists in every part of your home, your car, animals, plants etc. When your physical body is healthy, your vibration is high as it supports your immune system.
